MOJO was painted from the decckhouse to the keel in 2017 by Tiffany Yachts in Burgess, Va.
shows flopper stopper paravanes ("birds") out on booms. When deployed underway in rough condidtions they run 14+' below the surfact to reduce roll by 2/3rds or more. (Old paint scheme before color change)
mounted on deckhouse roof. Provide 300+ a/h per day thru Midnight Solar MPPT solar controller.
Perfect trawler weather!
boom for launch dinghy is out to the side.
3/4 hp motor with all ground tackle stored above decks on windlass reel. Also used to launch/retrieve dinghy. Still manufactured and serviced by RC Plath.
Looking aft from foredeck of A-frame, outrigger poles and radar installation
Stainless steel swim platform and boarding ladder on stern. Swim platform also acts as rudder protector since rudder is aft hung

Note high steel railings. To fall off MOJO you'd need to climb up and jump! Full length decks make easy line handling.
In addition to 10 large cleats welded to gunwale, MOJO sports 4 bollards, one port and starboard on the aft deck near the stern and one on each side forward of the deckhouse
we use a 5 year commercial ablative bottom paint, ABC-3 by DeVoe. We typically re-paint about every 4 years.
Keel cooler consists of 4 half pipes (2 on each side). Not currently used but could be recommissioned with addition of an off engine raw water pump.
rudder is 9 sq ft, aft hung so no hull pentration for rudder post. "Fish tale" on trailing edge improves slow speed maneuvering with minimal drag underway. Note stiffners in rudder which also act as underwater steps to swim platform
